CiviCRM: Migrate from Drupal to Joomla

I would like to migrate CiviCRM from Drupal to Joomla

Current version:

CiviCRM 4.1.0 under Drupal 6

Target version:

CiviCRM is 4.7.7 under Joomla 3.5.1

Project target is to move all data smoothly to the new CiviCRM and Joomla. At the end, we would need verification that there was no data loss during the migration process.
