Conversion HTML to Joomla template

I have a static HTML page that I'd like to convert into a CMS template, preferably Joomla. The new template should follow this layout and color scheme as closely as possible, including the slider (can be a different one, as long as it's similar) and the different section/columns. I will give you the login info for the server, so you can upload your template and test it. I'd like to get this done quickly, so if you have not time to focus on this please don't bid.
