Conduct B2B Interviews in Japan

I am looking to recruit a freelance research assistant to secure and conduct interviews (45mins) in Japanese from Dec - Jan. Qty: 4 to 5 interviews Remuneration: per interview basis (300 - 400 USD depending on experience) The freelance research assistant will be required to: 1) Screen prospective interviewees to ensure that they fulfil the criteria of the respondent profile required and the quotas set for each type of respondent profile - A respondent list will be provided to the freelance research assistant, though he/she will be required to generate additional leads if the list provided is insufficient for meeting the targeted quotas - Please note that these are cold leads, so expect rejection - A study endorsement letter from the client will be provided 2) Schedule interviews with those who have fulfilled the criteria 3) Conduct interviews - Discussion guides and stimulus will be provided - Each interview is expected to take approximately 45-60 minutes - The interview can be conducted via phone, unless it is convenient to meet face-to-face 4) Transcribe interviews - All transcripts to be provided in English in an excel format, using the excel template provided 5) Conduct call backs (if clarifications are required) On logistics: - The selected candidate is required to attend a 1 hr briefing session (conducted via phone) - Updates are to be sent on a weekly basis
