• 4 years of experience in customer service including team lead experience
• Ability to motivate and manage, team player
• Ability to drive performance of a service
• Bachelor degree in business management, marketing, economics is preferable
• Ability to work independently with a minimum guidance
• Winning attitude and success oriented
• Strong customer service-minded
