Business Setup Consultancy/Advice

Hi One of my programmes is going to need a webapp for which part of its utilisation will need to have similar functionality to "[login to view URL]" ie enable individuals or groups to donate/contribute funds to either a charity or non-charity organisation or individual. I have a list of concerns around what kind of legal entity I would need to set up to be able to act as such an organisation eg do I need to be set up as a “banking” finance organisation as the intermediary who would hold funds until they are all collated; what are the tax implications of holding the funds; what insurances do I need to consider etc etc. So, what I need is a report to be produced which would be comprehensive in its research and coverage, which describes both in summary and in detail what needs to be set up/considered, including any pitfalls I need to look out for. I would imagine that between 10 and 20 pages of quality, clear English, with concise language and consummate understanding of financial, legal and business law are displayed. I will need to see evidence of this kind of document that YOU have produced before I engage with the winning bidder through clear examples. I will want to see evidence that it links up with feedback on a freelance website similar to this one; if not, clear evidence of such an undertaking. I need to see that you have significant experience in this area and that you are qualified to give such advice. I need this to be completed within 5 days of the winning bid being placed.
