Client has a contract with a development company, they have a contract in place that got later amended from completing the project in full, to completing a portion of the project. However, the client claims the developers have no fulfilled the basic minimum requirements for either goal. I am looking for someone to read through the contracts and advise my client on their probable position. I appreciate it may not be possible to give 100% clarity on the matter, but giving my client an indication of whether it would be worth pursuing a legal claim or not would be all I could ask for.
