am getting ready to do a small multi-site asterisk based deployment for a client and need someone with Asterisk / Linux engineering experience. First requirement - I need custom reports /mysql queries created. These reports will need to have a daily call summary, abandoned calls, concurrent calls, etc- nothing too major. I'd work on it myself but I'm already stretched too thin. Second and probably the most important requirement - I need to be able to send incoming caller-id information across the serial connector or usb to db9 connector. This information is used for a few in-house processes. The current deployments use ATA adaptors that connect to an external caller-id box. We'd like to consolidate this into a single box solution. Any help is greatly appreciated. Whomever can help with the second requirement will most likely be used on several upcoming projects should you be interested.
