Configure BIND with geodns and edns-client support

I need someone to configure and install BIND with GEOIP support (for both IPv6 and IPv4) Also I need that this support will applied to users using public DNS resolvers such as google DNS 8.8.8.8 This is means when I have view "FRANCE" { match-cleint { count_FR' }; //blah blah } it will match all IPv6 + IPv4 france people AND if there is a french user using 8.8.8.8 as their DNS it will also catch them inside this clause Google dns reference: [login to view URL]!topic/public-dns-discuss/1CsraGt4e6A I require a freelancer to set this up and record all their doing (video record like camtasia etc) so I will be able to understand what was done. The freelancer will need to create a zone for "[login to view URL]" with 3 views "FRANCE" (for french users) - should return a single A record of 1.1.1.1 - should return single AAAA record of 1::1 "USA" (for USA users) - should return a single A record of 2.2.2.2 - should return single AAAA record of 2::2 and "OTHER" (for everyone else) - should return a single A record of 3.3.3.3 - should return single AAAA record of 3::3 I know the IP address and domain are not real, its just proof of concept I need. And also full video log of all actions (I dont care if there are mistakes in there, I can filter through them as long as the DNS server works at the end) You will be given a clean debain 7 with root.
