Debian Administrator job

I am looking for debian system administrator specialist with experience in configuring, security and administration of debian based web server. I need this job done as soon as possible. Successful candidate will receive SSH login details and would be able to complete required tasks remotely. List of tasks: Apache2 + php5 installation and configuration MySQL Configuration Phpmyadmin Configuration Installation and checking if German coding works within mysql, apache and mail Installation and configuration of DNS server Preparation of 2 internet domains (virtualhosts in apache created and specified mail accounts created) Installation and configuration of SMTP and POP3 server Security within mail servers - checking open relay Implementation of Authorization to SMTP server that blocks spam, however, system should be able to send mails correctly within localhost php5 mail() function - this is the critical part. Change ports of some services Security, Iptables ? - closing unneccessary open ports and uninstalling/closing unused services I hope for any suggestions regarding further security on the web server.
