Hello, I work with a subcontractor that provides me a SAAS solution for B to [login to view URL] subcontractor does not have advanced skills in the OCR development . We arrive in the testing phase for SAAS ( planned for the end of november) needs: I'm looking for a developer able to provide a solution to OCR text recognition on billing documents . These documents should be : Receipts Sheets of banks Supplier invoices The development that will be onboarded in linux server. Text recognition must be on different document formats (smallest to largest) Text recognition is should not last more than three seconds . Text recognition will be usable on TXT file Text recognition must be taken into account for multiple languages Text recognition must be scanned and photographed on documents in outdoor lighting conditions Text recognition must support the numbers, letters , dates and special characters (% , #, & .... ) Successful development is based on three seconds maximum treatment and at least 70% (7 out of 10 papers ) for text recognition .
