I have a domain I want to be able to receive email only but CAN"T SEND EMAIL OUT whether through webmail or smtp and can't be by pass by any application. The programmer must be an expert in exim configuration file and any necessary variables needed for total blockage of outgoing email from a domain. My WHM version is WHM 11.38.2 (build 2)
