Hi. You can't build this image from Windows because some of used tools only works in linux. Dowloading ubuntu image and using it like live CD is an option but I can make this image for you using my computer (I only use linux) Open to questions. Best regards

Hi, those are for building in Ubuntu, and you may have to install the Ubuntu along with that machine will be required..I do not know whether you have those and your requirement is as mentioned in that description.

Hello I saw your project and I noticed you need linux for cross compiling the distro into your device. I am aware you asked for windows 10 but as a colleague I advice you not to waste your time on that, even using Linux it's hard to do and I would need you to cooperate with me from the place where you are with a fresh linux installed computer and giving me access to your ssh server. All of this I am suggesting you I will gladly make it for not less than $100 USD. Regards.
