CentOS with WHM - Need help with Initial Setup

We have a domain [login to view URL] from EuroRegistry. We need to host it on CentOS server with WHM as cPanel. Setup is needed on WHM to create the domain name and subdomains. However, our site should run on Tomcat Server. We also need an admin panel for Tomcat host management --> [login to view URL] As this is a brand new server (except for the initial setup by the server hosts), all the basic setup to make sure the app is up and running is needed. MySQL Database server is installed and configured. In addition to this, we need to install Drupal and run a sub domain --> [login to view URL] on it. There may be some extra steps needed to make sure Drupal setup runs on the same MySQL server as mentioned above.
