Hello. I have experience with Apache and can make corrections to your configuration so your script is called only on specified domain.

I run an enterprise hosting platform including Debian/Ubuntu based dedicated servers and VMs. I can set you up with an Apache vhost and ensure it is responding as expected. You will need to provide root SSH access to the server and will need to make changes to the DNS for the domain under which you require the subdomain setting up.
