Define process & script autologon of xtightvncviewer on Raspberry pi to VNC Server

We have multiple Raspberry PI's we need to auto-logon and launch xtightvncviewer so they auto-connect to a single Tight VNC server running on a Windows 7. This project is to define the needed script and processes required to accomplish this task as efficiently as possible. TightVNC is already running on the Windows 7 PC and xtightvnc viewer is installed on the Raspberry PI. You will be working with a seasoned network administrator although a novice Linux/PI admin. Will pay $30 for the project and $20 bonus is it can be completed today.
