Adjust logo's

I would like to have a log adjusted based on an existing one. Designer should be able to work with PDF file in Illustrator. I would also like to get the logo in JPG format. I would like to have one logo: Text should be [login to view URL] Satellite Dish should be replaced with a Record. I would like 2 logos: 1 with text: [login to view URL] 1 with text: [login to view URL] I would like to have one logo: Text should be [login to view URL] Satellite Dish should be replaced with a telephone.
