Design a logo for a building company

I need a logo for a new building company. The logo must be easy to understand, must express the company's business type. It must be actractive and is a good requirement to be usable on various background colors (but this is not a requirement, if it is a problem). The logo must be focused on the company name, CO.GE.A (remember the dots in the name). If you need to know what "co.ge.a" means because it could be useful for your job please, feel free to ask, it's not a secret. With the bid/comment you must provide a low-res preview of the job/idea you have. If you have some idea or the need to get more informations/preferences post a comment, i'll reply it. I'm searching a good designer, with passion, creativity. I'll chose the work that will like more than other (if some). If you get this work, and you'll done it with impressive results i'm interested to give you more works. The final file must be delivered as .psd (or equivalent, if accepted by the employer). Good brainstorming.

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
