Design a new logo

We currently have our website located at [login to view URL] which we would like a new logo created for. This logo would need to following these items 1. Must fit into the design of our current website layout at [login to view URL] 2. Must also work on a white/black background (transparent around the letters) 3. Must include .com in the new logo name 4. Have two different logo layouts - All as one long line - Stacked on top of each other in case we have limited space 5. Must include the vector format so we can use on other artwork/media 6. Must be clean and easy to read even if the logo is smaller than the current logo on the top of our site 7.
