ai Prediction Algorithm

We are requiring the ai prediction algorithm which is similar to working behind the web site 20q.net. We are planning to use it as a recommendation engine for e-commerce. Therefor, the implementation of source code should be PHP and Laravel packages will be expected. Simply, there will some data sets and the prediction will be made after a few steps later.
