Debugging Magento extension M2EPro issues

I launch over 60,000 items a month to eBay using the Magento extension M2EPro. A small amount of items get sent to eBay more than once, this creates 2 or more identical listings on my eBay account. I need this issue resolved so that each product on my Magento site can only create 1 listing on eBay when launched from M2EPro.
