The website sells tiles online. Each tile (product) is available in a number of customisable options.

1. ([login to view URL]) on the right. I need area calculator to order by sqm, checkmark to add 5% for wastage. Also I need a calculator for quantity of boxes needed to cover the area.

2. There is also a button to order a sample. Each sample order needs to be treated as a regular order but with a price of 0.

3. We have normal items, and special order items. If a product is a special order item, we need the client to be able to pay 50% of the price, and then we have a way to send a link later to pay the remaining 50%.

There are a number of plugins available for older versions of magento, however, not for 2.1.1
