I am expert in PCB assembly process.
I have experience more than 16 years in PCB Assembly with Samsung and Celestica. I have assemble many board for Honeywell and Samsung Electronic.
For Honeywell, we assemble Aerospace product. The end customer for this product is Boeing and Airbus. For Samsung, we assemble Microwave oven product.
I have nearly 20 years experiences in electronic design and PCB assembly business.
Below is some project list that we involve in assembly ctivity :
- Black box- Honeywell- system - 6 model
- Navigation-system - 50 model(Military/aerospace- Honeywell)
- Microwave oven. - 200 model ( Samsung/GE Electric )
- UPS 600 Watt and 1200 watt - 2 model(Industronics Behad)

I certified IPC-J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 specialist.
I also green belt six sigma certified.

Celestica :
- Design SMT stencil , Wave pallet and jig
- Prepare PCB process flow and process instruction.
- Prepare SMT reflow and wave profile.
- BOM preparation.
- PCB Assembly process improvement.
Samsung :
- Design Wave pallet and jig
- Prepare PCB process flow and process instruction.
- Prepare SMT reflow and wave profile.
- BOM preparation.
- PCB Assembly process improvement.
- SMT machine programming,
- THT machine programming.
- ICT machine programming.
