arranging and procuring sponsorship for an event

We would require proposals of sponsorship for a Motorsport event which is scheduled to be held around September 2014. The event would run in 3 locations, in different states and as a [login to view URL] technical part and the organisational part would be looked after [login to view URL] of the event would start with a press conference along with hoardings, road shows etc in the strategic locations and ensure a proper publicity countrywide on the sponsor part.
