Bitrix24 customization

We are developing a CRM for our real estate broker office, I have researched many possible solutions and the best I came across is Bitrix24, it needs to be customized to our needs, looking for someone who could do the job, please review the attached requirement document and if you think there is a better solution than bitrix please suggest it. If we reach an initial agreement I will send you more detailed requirements.
