Client Relations & Transaction Processing Team Needed - Max 3 People - Start Tomorrow

You must have a solid landline high speed internet connection

You must have a working headset and computer

You must have a quiet area to work in (no background noises of any kind)

You must have a strong, comfortable grasp of the spoken English language with minimal accent

Description:

I'm a realtor in Houston, Texas (USA) the fastest and most powerful real estate market in the USA as far as the number of overall transactions is concerned and in geographical size larger than the entire state of New Jersey and only slightly smaller than Massachusetts.

I'm looking for a small team (max 3) to build relations with prospective and current clients, both generated by me as well as generated by your team via cold calling from a list I provide during slow periods. Once a lead becomes a qualified client, the person must be followed through all the way to closing. A qualified client is either a buyer who has both signed a buyer representations agreement and been pre-approved or a seller whose home has fully gone on the market. A transaction is closed when I get paid.

I'm flexible on how outbound calls will be made, though I have a fantastic call center software solution that makes life real easy because it is integrated with my CRM, but to keep costs down I can only have one person on it at a time. If the small team of 3 could spread out throughout the 84 hours during the week I'd like to be open (9AM-9PM CST/CDT), that would work the best.

Your pay and application:

You are being paid $250 processing and administrative fee per closed transaction, but will be advanced $25 for each of the first 10 qualified clients you generate and $25 for each additional if there is a matching one that has a contract pending. All money will be released on Freelancer within 24 hours of all requirements being met. Please note that closing a transaction can take up to 60+ days, though many close in 30 days.

I'm looking to initially contract out for a series of 10 deals, and if successful, will renew for more - lots more.
