Bidders / Business Developers / Sales Reps: Salary + Commission

We are looking for Sales Reps. planning to build a career in outsourcing sales. Sales is a great career if you are eager to learn, have patience and the will to succeed. We are an agency with more than 40 designers and developers. To keep them busy, we need more projects. To get more projects, we need to apply to more jobs. That's where we think you can help us. Payment Plan: $2/hour + $25/project. We don't bid on very small projects. It has to be $250 and up. On hourly projects, we like to bid on projects that are $8 and up. Tremendous growth potential. Ideal for those who plan to have a long term lucrative career. This job suits people who have both a technical and a marketing background. If you are good at writing proposals but don't understand the difference between Magento and WordPress, ASP.NET and LAMP, you will struggle. Conversely, if you are good on the technical side but can't write good proposals, you will have a hard time. You must also have good English otherwise you will struggle. We expect you to work 3 to 4 hours / day, a total of 20 to 25 hours / week. You are expected to work consistently every day except the weekend and don't want you to bunch all hours over 1 or 2 days. Even spread works best. Since most projects are posted by clients in USA, you must be willing to work US hours. Warning: If you think you can work on this only when you have time, that won't work. We have terminated several people who had the skills but not the will to work diligently for 3 to 4 hours every day. We are looking for serious career minded people.
