Straight commission - fine. Agree, hours are quantity and you want quality - sales.
I like to work 30-35 contacts per day which includes call backs to get a personal response from decision maker. Its not a numbers game is this respect.
Very good at working gatekeepers and getting to decision maker - biggest hurdle.
Professional, polite, concise, short and get to the points and ask for the sale. NO is not a problem and based on my reading of person, this is when my job starts. Yes, am very good a getting sense of person on other end quickly . This is done creating a conversation which incorporates your bullet points and not a sales pitch. Its a difference with a distinction.
Its about follow-up - you want your list and area of focus worked thoroughly. Followup, followup is key.
My phone experience ranges from lately doing this direct type of calling - building a team of expert from cold calling - political campaigns.
Having worked independently most of my life, am self-motivated, very organized, create daily routine and work a schedule.
Will provide honest daily reports on every call in Excel and forward every evening.
Marked two weeks because both of us will know if this is working.
