Hi, Not sure if I can do it with R? I have a Master degree of Mathematics, focusing on Statisical Inferences, My supervisor is one of the prestigious Professor at University of Ottawa, and I have done lots of small statistical projects using R and SAS, mostly R and my thesis simulation is also done in R (I can provide you the paper for reference). Never got a chance with SPSS. I've done courses in linear nonlinear regressions, and other statistical courses, but honestly, I didn't know the Hierarchical Logistic Regression, but I'm sure I can do the job if you can provide me a paper of such model to have some initial understanding of it.
