Calculus 2 Guide

General Info: I am looking for someone to help me create a Calculus 2 study guide. I have gone through my book and created 5 questions from each section that is being covered and would like to have someone who is an expert with all Calculus levels go through and answer them in a step by step format. There are 120 total questions that need to be answered spanning over all Calculus 2 topics. I am looking to have it broken down into three separate periods as follows: Lessons 1 - 8: Due no later than June 06, 2014 Questions (40) Lesson 10 - 17: Due no later than June 27, 2014 Questions (40) Lesson 19 - 26: Due no later than July 18, 2014 Questions (40) Payments: This totals out to be 120 questions, broken down to roughly 2 questions per day. Obviously if you complete them quicker that's fine it will make my life easier while building the guide. The payment will come as 4 milestone payments as follows, an initial start milestone (5.00 USD), 3 milestone payments (1 for each of the three deadlines, 80 USD). Payout of 245.00 USD (extra payment assessed based off meeting deadlines). NOTE: NONE OF THE THREE DEADLINE MILESTONES ARE RELEASED UNTIL ACCURACY HAS BEEN ASSESSED, THIS PROCESS WILL TAKE A MINIMUM OF 5 DAYS AFTER I RECEIVE A FILE FOR THAT DEADLINES LESSONS. As stated the earlier and faster they are turned in the faster they are checked for correct format and problem correctness, the sooner I can release each milestone. Once I have checked all offers the winner of the project will be selected, if selected you will be sent the entire file containing all 120 questions broken down into their lessons and another file containing instructions on how to format when answering the question.
