Case Study Nutritional Assessment

Case study and assessment form for a Graduate Level nutrition course. Assessment form to be completered. PES statements should be included on assessment. The following should be discussed, and recommendations/evaluations should be determined by both evidence-based practice and clinical judgement for the following: Weight: IBW, BMI, wt loss/gain (if applicable), estimated needs: kcal/day, protein gm/kg, fluid ml/kg, labs, food drug interactions, recommendations (diet, why?), and monitoring/plan. Freelancer will have to fill out assessment form, and write a document discussing the above requirements. I will provide the case study. No specific page requirement, but I would appreciate someone who has studied nutrition and is familiar with the above diagnostics. Assessment form will be due on October 1st.
