Convert Metatrader 4 indicator to Tradestation study

I need to convert a Metatrader 4 indicator to the well known Tradestation platform, what they call a "study". I've attached the .ex4 file for Metatrader 4 as well as a word document with all the functions that need to be converted. Some of them are crossed off in red color, they do not need to be converted. The indicator should work as per TradeStation standards, maybe there will be some functionality that will need to be adapted so that it works appropriately on Tradestation.
