You can verify by going to https://www.freelancer.com/freelancers/skills/Microsoft_Access/ There are a number of ways to accomplish this task. 1- We can import the product details to an access database and then - print the report directly - export the report to a pdf file - export the form to an excel file 2 - we can also fill in a word template directly from Access database. As I see it you will have to choose between an excel solution and an Access one. I would recommend MS Access. In addition to filling the form you will be able to save this data in the database for future reference. With MS Access you will also be able to have a userlevel security with a login name and password. Thus only assigned users will be able to access the data. I have a university degree in economics and IT, and several decades of system design and programming, in the recent decade especially in Excel and VBA. I plan to complete the project via writing an Excel macro contained in a separate XLSM file also containing the database as an Excel sheet. This approach makes further use of the macro very convenient by offering a Control sheet containing cells populated by the usual Open file and/or select folder dialogs to identify the current input and output files and hosting command buttons and other controls if necessary. In my approach you'll have opportunity to consult details with me, to test pilot solutions if necessary in order to achieve an optimal final solution. Further use of macros, fixing of bugs and minor changes are included in the bid without any additional fees. Regards

Hello, I am very accustomed to doing this type of work in Excel, whether it be quoting activities where there are fields where a user selects options from dropdowns, etc. and other data gets populated. In my opinion the key to a tool like this is to make it very user friendly and have it feel as much like a well laid out piece of software as possible. I could add various administrative access areas as well if needed or incorporate other features. If you let me know a little more of what your ultimate goal/purpose of this tool is I can maybe provide you some thoughts on how to make it better. A good data base and some simple excel formulas will make this an easy to use templates which can be updated by any one.

I will do this project using Excel and VBA programming. First, I will design a Product Database which will contain the data of the different products. This database allows us to add, edit and delete a product, and even to search for a product. Next, a form will be made based on your specification. In this form, the user will have the option to enter the Product Number manually, or select the Product Number from a pull-down menu. Once the Product Number is entered, the form will be populated with pertinent data. This will be a very user-friendly form. In summary, this project will have the following menu: 1. Form Processing 2. Database Management, which allows the user to add, edit, delete and search a product.
