I have a simple database for which the Form is tied to several tables for drop down options. I have built queries to return the data but I can't figure out how to return the table information instead of the Primary key number. I'm sure it has to do with table relationships but my IT people mock our use of Access. I just want someone to fix it so my queries return words instead of numbers.

Do a simple thing - just make the first field of the look up table the correct field instead of ID - you will be done

What you have described is straightforward enough to do. I would be happy to assist you. I bid $30 but, heck, I'll do it for the price of a cup of coffee! I have over 15 years experience with MS Access, as well as VB development. I am based in Illinois, if that makes any difference. Regards.
