Hi There,
what i need is a microsoft access based data base where i can enter data and get reports and statistcs.I will need to be able to enter
0. Room Number
1. Name
2. Title
3. Membership no.
4. Name of person reporting
5. Department reporting
6. Department involved
7. Incident
8. Resolution
9. Resolved (with an option of Yes or No)
10. Guest Status (with options of Very Satisfied, Satisfied, Not Satisfied, Upset)
11. Cost of Resolution
12. Follow up (with an option of Yes or No)
I also need all the reports to have the company logo which i will give you, and to be able to print single entry with all the details. Each entry should have a number that it is automatically generated from the system.
I will also need is to be able to create reports and retrieve statistical data based on the data entered. I am also looking for after sale support. So for some time (a minimum of a month) i will need technical support in case i need to add or modify something/ I will also need to have administration access so i can make changes and modify myself.
Half of the payment is due on the delivery of the project and the 2nd half is due after one month of the delivery.
