BHO Internet Explorer

BHO for Internet Explorer (autoregistrable DLL with [login to view URL]) -Compatible from IE 6 -We want to execute javascript code in a website ('detecting a URL given') ('for first, only will be a foo code, the final code will be existing code already developed for us'). -Compatibility (without aditional software out of the installation, not .NET or other frameworks dependencies) with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7-32 and Windows 7-64. -The event fired in the browser should be OnDownloadComplete or similar (event fired when the page is loaded, but also fired when a web page is asyncronous refreshed too). -We have a project from that the developer can continue programming the BHO. But it is not necessary to start from it. -We want commented code and a posterior explanation of it.
