Andorid App Script/Software Creator

I need someone who can create simple script/software like [login to view URL] , it should be really simple, it just needs to have the option to add tabs on which i can just put website links just like on appgeyser. It should also have option to ad admob and that i can choose to put ads on the top or on the bottom of the app. As for the admob option, on most of app creator that i am currently using i just need to ad Admob Pubilsher ID, so you should integrate admob SDK so i can just put my Admob ID for each app. Later i will work with you to intergrate Push Notifications. Another option i need is a splash screen. This script will be for my personal use.
