Andriod Mobile Application - repost

To create an application to used in smart phones and tablets where a user can create a car listing by using the application to create an ad on The application must be user friendly and easy to use….need to use lots of check and drop down boxes… Flow process: The user will download the application from our site....[login to view URL] The user would need to create a profile/username (a valid email address would be required and confirmed before the application can be used (one time confirmation), and upon completing the ad listing an email will be sent to the user as a confirmation) User will scan or manually types the VIN VIN gets decoded and the data is processed User adds/edits the location of car and seller info (it can be the same info in the profile) User adds the car options and description (same data as on the sell page and the ad enhancements) User takes pictures of the car (as many photos as he wants) The user has the option to rearrange the photos User confirms the ad when he sees the ad preview If he likes the ad he will confirm it, if not he would have the option to edit the ad If the user selects a free ad then the ad is posted and the user will be asked if he wants to create another ad – email confirmations is sent If the user buys any enhancements then would go thru PayPal and upon completion he would be asked if he wants to create another ad – email confirmation is sent Note: need to create a user as an admin where I (only for ME) can use the app for free where the payment process is bypassed. Once the application has been created and test would need to create a link in dealer connected to download the application,. Also I would need to be able to monitor the # of downloads and usage of the app such as how many ads have been placed using the app. ======================================================================== project must finish in 17 days after start every day past that I will take off 25 $ a day
