Android APP – Geo-localized call requests

I need an Android APP who will have to send call request with pickup address and user data. This APP will consist in about fifteen different screens that I will show in details to all interested. It will need a complete integration with Google Maps for choosing the right pickup address depending on position of the user calling. It will also have to show a selection of POI near to user on map. It will also authenticate and communicate with a remote server and will store some options data on device. No need to use sms, calls or camera. The APP is not so hard to develop but needs a optimal settings of google maps integration and client server communication that will be the core of all system. You will have also to create a little MYSQL DB schema and develop the connection scripts. I need also basic design and usability skills. It will be a Multilanguage APP. I need professional developers of Android for this application because I will need many upgrades in the future so I will need a developer who will grant future support to me.
