Need an app. developer to help design an application for Android platform. The app. should be able to remotely identify a bluetooth signal from a device and trigger a set of actions on the smartphone including sending a text message, etc. Would prefer the developer also create a flexible code so that creating the iPhone app. is not a problem. We require competitive bids as there is more work to be done later.
