Android: Play AMR files over RTP socket

we have a project in which we need to develop an android application that plays AMR audio files received from an RTP stream socket. There will be a sender which reads the [20 milliseconds] audio frames from an AMR audio file and then sends it over the RTP socket as RTP packets. We already have this part done. What we need to accomplish is, at the receiver side the receiver should receive the RTP packet, strip out the RTP header and play the AMR audio data on the phone's speaker and store in the AMR file for further calculations. Please get back to me as soon as possible as it is extremely time critical for us. We are ready to pay very competitive compensation for the project.
