Android apk player for RTMP, HTTP live TV streams + VOD .mp4 - open to bidding

Hi i need 1 x apk for android boxes, so i can play RTMP, HTTP live tv streams from my servers + VOD ( Video On Demand ) .mp4 movies. need just a simple app. and where my streams is hide away from the menu screens. only show channel names from the playlist i make.. all live tv streams looks like this atm. rtmp://test.test.com/uklow/Channel+4?user=test&pass=test or http://test:test@[login to view URL]:9981/stream/channel/Channel+4 if you can make a small app. that can play my RTMP on my android boxes, we can discuss about improve more later and then you can make more money on it for design the app with better looking. i have been trying XBMC but this program is to heavy for the small android boxes to play the RTMP streams withut lagging, all my streams working on my windows PC with VLC player. and should be possible to add new playlist in the app, when new channels is deleted or added.
