Android app for motion-triggered barcode scanning

This Andriod JB tablet app should run continuously and check the video stream of the camera and start barcode scanning if motion is detected. The motion detection should happen in the background, the video stream should not appear on the screen. During barcode scanning, preview should be displayed and flash light should be turned on. Recommended APIs: zxing, [login to view URL] The features should be implemented as a library consisting of static helper classes, a wrapper activity and (background) service with some pre-defined methods in order that it can be easily integrated into an existing app as next step.
