This app is designed to let me take photographs of people and sort/store them based on a number or barcode. In short, the photos of the patient will be sandwiched between two barcodes. Our program will associate the images with the barcode in several ways: it will place the images into a folder - the name of the folder will numeric value of the decoded barcode (or the data entry value if entered manually). In addition the image app will create copy of the image and rename the file name based on the chart id and possibly resize it; thereafter the images will be stored as well as uploaded. See attatched
