Android radio player

Hi, we need a app that runs in Android 2.2 and later for play our SHOUTCAST RADIO streaming.

User Interface:

The app must have a image in background (full-sized), a play\stop\volume bar and a space to show the artist and song name. *We already have the screen mockup and will provide it.

When the user open the app, it will show the screen. Clicking on play, the audio starts. Clicking on Stop, the radio stops playing. The volume must be adjusted by a slider or the conventional device volume button (update the slider).

Important Business rule:

It should have internal buffering, for 3G antenas exchange , so the radio never stops. It's important because the Brazilian 3G connection is very poor.

It will be integrated with a existing app we are developing. It's not only a radio player.

Finally, the app will be available at the Android Market. So, all the "radio module" must be in accordance with Google Rules.
