App Expert -- Looking for App Programmer for Project

We are seeking a programmer to create a "fairly simple" iOS app that will be used on an iPad. It will be used in conjunction of an on-site promotion we are doing and will solely reside on iPads we have at the event. App must be able to send email and sms messages. App users will (a) enter contact information, (b) play a "simple" game of chance, (c) Receive a "thank you for playing" via email/txt msg. We need to additionally be able to easily access entry information if participants are called for a different on-site contest. We already have the game of chance picked out. We may be able to provide graphics for the UI, etc. Being able to create the UI if we aren't able to supply graphics is important. This is a short term position/project that could develop into additional app projects. Let's have some fun and put an app out there! Please include a link to previous APP and relevant work.
