Build Android application to store location coordinates from Mobile GPS To database

Hello, i have build an webapp based on mysql and php , i need to store allot of physical locations coordinates (latitude ,longitude) values by using Mobile GPS whic mean i have table to sore this value it called Locations and i will have many user to do this operation that's mean Android application will give make security , i mean only the users who have usernames and passwords can enter and store GPS coordinates (latitude ,longitude) values not Gps info only , i need this application to upload panoramic image of this location also , the images will uploaded to server folder and only the path of image will stored in database in location table Best regards
