Content Download Application

Hello, I would like to make this content downloader app for you and I have enough experience to complete the project. However I have a question: downloaded content (video and pages) will be opened inside the app or using external apps installed on users device? pls dont award before discussion. Tentative bid. You want to create an Application that will let the user download video and pdf files in into the App and can view those later. The application will display the WebPages in Webview. These webview will have a download button using which user will able to download the videos and pdf in the device. We understand each download will have some associated information which we need to store in the local db. User will able to browse and view the downloaded videos/pdf User will able to see the products in webview from where they can make purchase. We need to develop the webservices. Our Query: Do you want user to click each link to download each file? Will the user be able to organize or download the downloaded files in category? Do we need to create different directory structure for different type of downloads? Will the html element contain the meta-data to recognize a link/url which is downloadable video or pdf? Will the html element contain metadata (data about the download) associated with a download which we need to store in the local db? Do you already have the web-backend ? What might be the size of the downloads? Do you want the App for the android/iOs both?
