I have posted a few projects on freelancer but I am only to find a reliable developer to do the work for me. So instead, I am looking for source code in eclipse or xamarin that is a location-based application based on GPS. I don't want to use google services just based on the location based services. I am happy to pay up to £50 for the source code that I can adapt myself, please just send me the apk and if it works and I like it, I will pay £50 for the source code. This has to be in visual studio 2010 or the latest version of xamarin.
