Convert excel data to APK file(run under android)

There is one excel file with 100 thousands of records, I want some help me to convert this file to and install-able apk file. The converted file can be installed in android devices and show record as name card format (see attached jpg).

Yes its very easily possible u place ur file in ur SD car and using android app i will read that file and create the sqllite db on the run-time and then on that data u can do anything
I know how to make your app. I have been using excel data to draw graphics. So how much it can be hard to use those datas anyway other.
