Custom animated lock screen replacement app for android and iphone

Require an experienced app developer to create a lock screen replacement app for both android and iphone. App should be able to display a simple animated picture, with clock and date overlay. On swipe the displayed picture will have a different animation tied in with the swipe and should unlock the phone. We will also need support for developing following with the app : 1. App store for the lock screen app to purchase more characters and animations 2. Backend system where we can upload animated pictures (please specify how this can be done) which can be added to the store for purchase 3. Ad supported version to be built with an option to remove ads from an in-app purchase, these ads will appear in the form of a post unlock ad with a fixed duration which can be controlled from backend 4. Ability to modify prices of the in-app purchases from backend and add new packs to the backend. This is a common backend between android and iphone. 5.
